Her last role was with XXXX as a Senior CTMA where she was mainly responsible for country lead for multiple clinical trials from start-up activity to study close out. She is representing Korea teams and is handling introduction of companies’ pipe portfolio to Korea sites and investigators; she also frequently communicates with global and regional teams about site issues. Previously, she was with XXXX as a Clinical Research Associate, it’s more of a site-level position where she went to sites to monitor all clinical trials activities and directly communicate with site personnel such as nurses and professors.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be clinical trials especially in the Oncology studies since she has been doing this mainly for previous roles. She is also a good communicator because she works with very diverse stakeholders, investigators, and internal teams as well. She is also trilingual and can speak English, Chinese, and Korean fluently.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has life sciences background of about 5+ years now, mostly doing clinical research and management. Her experience is more on the clinical side rather than IT side, and is more involved in doing clinical stuff rather than business/account management.
