1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has working in the IT industry for more than 20 years now, focusing on the infrastructure and project management side of things. He also has experience working with global teams and providing IT solutions to global companies. He is previously doing freelance projects related to technical architecture and infrastructure projects; his last role was with XXXX where he managed and consulted for XXXX institutions and departments’ equipment through on premise, VMware, and cloud. He was also in the Solution Infrastructure Team of XXXX where he handled XXXX Data Center and IT Transition projects. Previously, he was a Support for Technical Architecture and a Project Manager as well for XXXX enterprise-wide projects; he handled RCS Center Redundancy project, Cloud transition projects, and other infrastructure-related projects. He was also with XXXX Korea as an IT Manager where he also handled regional and global project management, operations management, and support as well. He had several experiences before this mostly as an IT General Manager and Director, focused on the infrastructure and data center side as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his deep expertise with IT Infrastructure since most of his experiences and projects are focused on this area. He is also proficient with project management and people management for the past 20+ years of his overall experience.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 15 years of experience in doing IT project management particularly in the infrastructure and data center side. He is mostly handling data center projects, cloud transition/transformation projects, and is involved frequently with the operation and maintenance of all IT infrastructure server for his previous roles. He has great exposure to data centres and is well-versed with DC technologies, server infrastructure (both on premise and cloud), networking, and firewall as well. He has good grasp of cybersecurity standards because he has practiced that in every company he has joined so far along with certifications from IBM, Cisco, Microsoft, and ITIL as well. Strong with IT/OT systems integration and implementation. Apart from that, he has a short stint with XXXX in Korea which was a pharmaceutical-related company, he did project management and operations management there as well.
