1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started working with XXXX as an IT Operations Manager where he functioned as an Infrastructure Engineer mostly working with system, network, security, and data centers. Then he later moved to XXXX as an IT Project Manager where he did architecture review, and also outsourcing for IT. After that, he joined XXXX as a Global Information Technology Manager where he worked as a project manager for telecoms and data center as operation, at the same time, he was functioning as IT Application Manager, managing marketing CRMs and all. Then few years after that, he joined an engineering company called XXXX as an IT Business Manager where he was involved with IT operation such as planning, budget, governing, and people management; Also setup new businesses for the company since he’s also doing business development and on top of that, IT consulting. Then he joined his current company which is XXXX as a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager where he covers most infrastructure projects such as on-premise to cloud migrations in AWS/Azure, and also give services to other big companies in Korea mostly when they request for data center moving and hosting services to cloud system.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to work as an IT Infrastructure Engineer since he has been doing this for more than 20 years now, specializing with network and systems. He also likes to work on servers and can cover different projects related to infrastructure as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He is coming from an Engineering background and has about 15 years now of experience in project management, mostly in the infrastructure side including data centers, networks, and servers. He has great understanding of server infrastructure, networking, firewall, and all these stuff since he considers them his strongest point. Also knowledgeable with IT/OT system integration and implementation, on top of his great familiarity the cybersecurity standards in South Korea. Most of his experience is within manufacturing, engineering, and IT/tech space but would be willing to work on any industry if required.
