With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he has established himself as a leading Infrastructure IT Project Manager specializing in data centers, infraservers, and network solutions in South Korea. Currently working as a Senior Infrastructure IT Project Manager at XXXX since 2020, where he has successfully led large-scale projects, including new data center builds and deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and network transformation initiatives valued at over KRW 10 billion. He also is proficient in implementing cutting-edge technologies such as SD-WAN and cloud-based solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and SLAs. Prior to that role, he worked at XXXX in Busan for nearly 4 years, where he spearheaded a critical data center consolidation project, merging four regional facilities into a centralized hub. He was also in charge for upgrading server infrastructures to enhance processing speed and reliability, introduced project management frameworks that reduced delays, and played a pivotal role in integrating hybrid cloud platforms with existing systems. Additionally, he is highly skilled in server virtualization using platforms like VMware and Hyper-V, seamlessly integrating hybrid cloud solutions for scalability and cost efficiency. His cloud computing expertise includes provisioning and managing AWS and Azure environments, ensuring secure and reliable cloud-native and hybrid solutions. With a proven track record in project management, he employ Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget, supported by comprehensive risk assessment and disaster recovery strategies.
