1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation, he joined XXXX as a System Engineer and later on was a Senior System Engineer for them where he carried out and integrated MES operation for number of global sites. After that, he joined XXXX and he’s currently a Lead MES Engineer for them where he is working with lots of people, including QA, CSB, and relevant folks to build up the MES; also worked with lots of projects regarding the MSN GMP including software development life cycle and all the management of deliverables from service providers and also validation of their systems. He’s recently been into inspections and audit of FDA for lots of clients, doing compliance work and has been taking care of deviations from the system. As a Lead MES Engineer, he’s also managing projects to implement the system in the company and has been taking care of risk management, plan management, schedule management, resource management, and budget management.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management especially in the GMP environment. He has done lots of projects and validation himself as well so he’s proficient with it; he’s also good with compliance and also has been doing inspections and audits. In summary, he’s great with GMP manufacturing system, project management, and system engineering as well.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 12-13 years of overall experience and has been involved in the pharmaceutical industry; he’s been working with the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for a good 7+ years already and is good with validation space as well. He is also great with IT software, has been involved with SDLC for some projects since he’s also a project management and knowledgeable about customer workflow and requirements.
