She started out her career in a local pharmaceutical company, XXXX, as a Production Manager where she carried out process validations and prepared operational manuals, batch records, and production schedule as well. After that, she moved as a Quality Assurance Staff for the same company where she was in charge of cleaning validation and process validation as well, also validation for injection production line, some assertive process validation and environmental validation. She then transferred to XXXX as a CMC Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs where she is managing the clinical study process, global CDMOs in Australia, and checking the quality of investigation reports. She is also focused on managing the regulatory affairs and a junior researcher at the same time.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her great experience with different industries such as pharmaceutical and bio laboratory ones. She has experience working on the final stages of a product, manage the whole production, and also in charge of the quality assurance team and regulatory affairs in general.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has been involved in the pharmaceutical space since she started her career and has strong experience of different validation: cleaning, process, assertive, and environmental validation. She can also be customer/client facing because of her current company being involved with businesses and clients in Australia so she frequently communicates with them.
