1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has been working as a project and program manager in the IT industry for about 8-9 years now, mostly leading high impact projects for global enterprises including Samsung, T-Mobile, and Bell Canada. Her expertise lies in Azure project management, process optimization, and stakeholder communications as well. In her previous role, she has successfully transitioned Samsung from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics for improvement of tracking accuracy and efficiency, also led large-scale implementations across EMEA and APAC achieving about 50% of time savings and securing additional funding; their main solution in this company is a security software solution. Her day-to-day in that role includes managing lots of projects following SDLC, collaborate with product owners and engineers for requirements, and manage the whole project until completion. She was mostly doing project management as well for her previous roles in XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be more on the IT side even though her last company is a digital marketing agency, she handled software/SAAS solutions back then. She is good working with product/project engineers to ensure project delivery and on top of that, strong with process optimization, and stakeholder management/communication. She also considers herself good with self-studying and going out of the box to complete her tasks.
