1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his career with XXXX as an IT Specialist where he was later on promoted to an IT Manager and the Head of IT for Korea, he was mainly supporting the IT Infrastructure there, group application, SaaS, and database together. Then almost 4 years ago, he joined XXXX as an IT & e-Solution Manager for both Korea and Japan where he has implemented many applications like their channel system, also supporting financial systems involving credit card information using SaaS; he’s also conducting over the data protection management in this company since he fully understands the data protection process and requirements in Korea. Most of his daily responsibilities are related to supporting their IT systems, implement global applications, support security-managing companies with their local databases, SAP application for local clients, and IT Infrastructure related projects.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great sentiment-picking and also managing different projects; he’s also good with managing the relationship with their customers, arranging meetings with them, good with doing project plan on a weekly basis, and also conduct UATs.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   His experience is more on the IT or technical side of things, very familiar and knowledgeable with SaaS platform implementations, CRMs, Salesforce, and other related systems since he’s been dealing with them for lots of years now. In terms of industries, he mostly is involved with freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management.
