- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has completed his Master’s Degree of Pharmaceutics in India and after finishing that, he started his career as a Trainee FR&D Officer at XXXX, also was an R&D Officer at XXXX. He then moved to Quality Assurance and joined XXXX as a QA Head where he worked for good 3 years, then he joined XXXX as a Quality Assurance Manager where he was overlooking the whole factory including machine installation, improvement, machine procurement, and manufacturing as well. He is also involved in supporting the products to be launched and did some study and R&D, also did manpower handling for them.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be in pharmaceuticals industry specifically in the manufacturing side since they are making lots of tablets, capsules, some subsystems, and ointments so he is well versed with the manufacturing and also proficient with validation, they have applied this mostly for ever machine and pharmaceutical products.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been in the pharmaceutical industry for almost 10 years now, he also considers himself strong with the validation space and quality control space since he has been doing this since the start of his career. Also has good understanding of customer workflow and requirements already. Not much experience with customer facing roles but definitely has used ERPs before and has idea of how it works especially with inventory stock.
