1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 17 years of experience in the life science industry, mostly doing marketing and sales. His educational background is Chemical Engineering and has joined XXXX as a Process Engineer after graduation. After that, he joined XXXX as a Senior Application Specialist where he was involved with water purification systems generally used for laboratories. Then he moved to XXXX as a originally a Sales Manager, later on he was a Customer Success Leader where he covered biotech, life science, and research solutions; he was also doing major distribution management and new channel development, as well as driving customer success at key accounts. After that, he transferred to XXXX as a Business Area Manager where he managed about 42 members and handled about USD 30M of their biotech sales; they also covered some area such as semiconductor and industrial area. Currently, he is back with XXXX as the Head of Sales and industrial testing, diagnostic teams as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be regional sales management and team/people management in the industry of pharma and biotech. He is also good with customer business management and strategic management, developing marketing and logistics strategies as well. On top of that, he also has good relationship with stakeholders in their company, both internally and externally.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has about 17+ years of experience in the pharma, biotech, and life science industry. He also is strong with sales, account management, and customer success related roles since he has been doing these for more than 5-10 years. Most of the products they are selling are chemical and biotech-related products for the Korean market.
