She studied Chemistry at XXXX, graduated in 2022 and started working right away in her first job. She currently works as a Sales Manager for a medical device company called XXXX. They work with technology that help patients test blood, have a very broad portfolio as well in different countries such as Brazil, Chile, and Dominican Republic. They have their set of clients that they place orders every now and then, usually in big volumes; aside from handling sales, they are also managers of the country in a sense that if there’s any other requests about how to use the product, they also train their clients. She is also familiar with the regulation and make sure every now and then that they have the right permits, strategy to introduce a new product into the market.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be building up relationship with their clients and make them the best version of themselves, she also works on the side to support their client and have better knowledge about their product. She also have developed skills in public speaking and product introduction since she often does that in her current work.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has almost 2 years of experience in doing overseas sales and can definitely understand customer workflow and requirements. She did study Chemistry so she is experienced with a bit of regulation, she knows norms and quality control, and a bit more of the scientific part of either medical devices or pharmaceutical. Has strong customer-facing experience and has great public speaking, communication skills as well.
