  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He graduated from the XXXX where he did a double major in Biology and Animal Physiology. Because of his passion to connect with people, he started his career as a Recruitment Consultant for XXXX where he was specialized in recruiting for the IT field such as data science, machine learning engineers, and have connected to different types of businesses like Google, Microsoft, etc. After some time, he wanted to go back to his roots, so he joined XXXX as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer where he was basically overseeing the whole recruitment process, sourcing people in the field of biotech, then after some time, he decided to move to Korea and joined XXXX as a Business Development Manager where he was doing sales in the pharmaceuticals and medical devices; he is currently wearing multiple hats such as doing BD, sales, account management, and mostly everything for their clients. On a day-to-day basis, he takes care of their clients, see what their business needs, make new clients, try to get into new areas of their business, and make new businesses for the company as well.

     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be his negotiation skills and is good with building customer relationships. He is a result-oriented person, have lots of experience working with high-level people within the company such as director, senior directors, and those that are leading the company.    

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    Has almost 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, doing business development management, sales, and account management. Familiar with few validation as well especially in his current role of producing medicinal grade pharmaceuticals such as oral supplements. He didn’t came from an IT background, but he did some coding before and also was an IT recruiter so he’s quite knowledgeable in this area. Currently he is overseeing the European market and would be confident to handle local clients/customers as well.
