  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    His educational background is from Economics and he started his career as a management consultant for a consulting firm, mostly working with government subsidized companies including master planning, long-term growth strategy planning with feasibility study and such. After that, he joined XXXX and focused on the healthcare sector; most of his clients back then are tertiary hospitals and did almost the same as his first job. He wanted to expand his expertise in pharmaceutical and medical device industries so he joined XXXX afterwards where they provide IT solutions for specific areas of clinical trials; he started there as the first Solutions Sales Specialist in APAC and later on was promoted as their Regional Account Manager where most of his clients are emerging biotechs. He was successful back then and was able to have a client in APAC with four of their different solutions. After his stint there, he joined XXXX as a Tech Sales Manager where there are 2-3 people in his team and had some key establishment with big company in Korea. He also was a Business Development Team Leader for XXXX where he worked from scratch: from their sales record, customers, and sales circumstances. Currently, he’s working with XXXX as a Sales Lead where they focus majorly on the financial sector and healthcare/pharma sector; he was the only sales team member when he started and now he has a team of sales helping with their achievements.

     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be healthcare, pharmaceutical and a bit of financial when it comes to the industry. In terms of his skillset, he is more into doing sales since he has about 10 years of management consulting experience, also great in account/relationship management. He is quick to adapt to new industry, technology, and information.    

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    He has been in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space for about 8-10 years now and considers them as his strongest area. Familiar with types of validation, clinical trial, and CRM space as well; not necessarily the manufacturing but more on the software related stuff. Has been doing customer and client facing roles since he started his career and is pretty well versed with selling tech solutions.
