1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has about 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is currently working with XXXX as a Market Account Manager where he is overlooking the instrument sales team, also handling large corporations, analytical instruments, and software products. He is mostly handling the needs of their pharmaceutical customers, set up meetings with them, do customer calls and email to support them on a daily basis. Their main product in this company is a hardware/software system called LC & MS system where it was mostly used by pharma R&D or QC labs for analysing customer samples. Before this, he was an Associate for XXXX where he worked for a different industrial field.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great perspective in the market, having met many pharmaceutical customers already in the market, and communicate with them on a daily basis. Another strong skill is his customer-facing skills since he has been doing this for 5+ years now.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has about 3+ years of working with pharmaceutical companies and has about 5+ years of overall customer facing experience. He is also quite knowledgeable with process validation and GxP validation although not an expert with it; he is currently selling hardware/software solutions to their pharma customers so he is confident he can take up the pharmaceutical client in Seoul.
