1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 12 years of work experience; first six years of that would be XXXX and XXXX as an Assistant Engineer and Quality Control Specialist where he gained mostly his expertise in the pharmaceuticals especially in quality control and laboratory information management systems. After that, he joined XXXX and has been with them until now, for about 6+ years now; he started off as an Informatics Development Specialist and currently a Sr. Informatics Market Development Manager where he has been serving as an Informatics Presales and Marketing major, additionally, he’s also doing system validation consultancy as well as project management. He is currently leading informatics presales and business development, also collaborating closely with pharmaceutical/life science sales team to conduct study demonstration, provide technical consulting to clients, and manage analysis and planners for their informatics product. He is also involved in creating marketing material for their customers to use in the Korean market.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his background of CSP and compliance regarding GxP lab. He also has great experience with pharmaceutical quality control and assurance; good with presenting and promoting their product. At this point of his career, he has participated in various compliance seminars and webinars so his customers usually trusts him already in providing them solutions.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical space; he is mostly focused on computerized system validation and GxP since he has been doing this for few years now. He has experience and is involved with software related to eDMS, LIMS, also very interested with laboratory transformation and automation since they have commercialized some SaaS cloud based products in current company. He is the one introducing these products to their clients and also work closely with their sales team, also the one doing the competitive presentation for their strategic account. In total, he has about 4-5 years of doing sales/presales in the pharmaceutical validation space.
