1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He came from the background of Microbiology and Genetic Engineering from XXXX. After that, joined XXXX, now XXXX, as a Production Team Manager for ELISA and was involved with sales, business development, and also the production and planning their projects. He was involved there with tech transfer and also validation, qualification of their equipment and process. After that, he moved to XXXX as a QMR in India and built the factory there, he also led and managed the QA/QA team to the overall Quality Management System. After few years, he moved to Indonesia for the same company and established business plan and the operation there as well. He then focused on his private business and after some time, came back to Korea and currently with XXXX as a Business Development Manager; he is working with a project to build a factory in Saudi Arabia.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be doing sales and business development since he has been doing this for several years of his career now. He is also good in putting up business and factories, he did this for his previous company few times in different regions including India and Indonesia.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been in the pharmaceutical space for quite some time now doing QA/QA management and business development. He is also very familiar with process validation, equipment validation, and did some tech transfers as well from before. Can confidently do customer/client facing roles and can understand customer workflow, requirements.
