1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has been in the pharmaceutical industry for about 14 years now, mostly doing quality assurance and compliance. She is with XXXX now as a Manager for External Quality and she started with document management, audits, and inspection support; also coordinating and participating with auditing suppliers, CMO contractors, and packaging materials related to pharma industry. Currently, she’s also overseeing one of their CMOs in terms of quality-related matters, manufacturing issues, and participates from the quality of tech transfer for them as well. Their current CMO is XXXX which is a company that she worked with before as a Manager and Senior Specialist. Before this, she was also with several companies where she participates in auditing regular inspections, handle all documentations related and oversee the overall GMP activities herself.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her participation in many audits for suppliers, sourcing raw materials, or processing for customers of pharma companies. She knows how to pick up all quality-related matters in compliance with the regulatory agencies and authorities. Also, she has been overseeing all quality related matters for about 14 years now so she has a broad view of the quality from raw material sourcing, manufacturing, and better release to the market.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has strong exposure with the pharmaceutical industry since she has been in this space for about 14 years now; familiar with validation process, GMP activities, and tech transfers. During the course of her career, she has lots of experience using learning management program or any quality-related software programs in pharma space as well. She also has experience as an Account Manager so she can be customer-facing and can understand customer workflow, requirements.
