- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
During his whole experience, he has been selling chemicals in various industries such as cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and also electronic materials for semiconductor industry. Currently, he’s a Business Development Manager for XXXX where he is responsible for promotion of their products for pharmaceutical customers. Before this, he was with XXXX as a HealthCare Business and Area Sales Manager where he was doing key account management for Bio & vaccine market including Samsung Biologics, Celltrion, LG Chem, Elanco, and others. He was also a Manager of Lab & Bulk Chemical Sales for XXXX, where they did direct sales action for key customers in the pharmaceutical space.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his experience in the biologics side; he has lots of customers in that line and has worked with different departments so he’s familiar already with the industry. He also is good with sales and has been doing this for the whole of his career; has proven track record of increasing sales revenue for his past companies.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical space, and has been doing sales with them mostly for topical/oral/injectable products; not much experience in software solution selling but can definitely connect with the customers ERP or software needs, also has great connection with different companies already so can approach key members and get to the bottom of their needs. Familiar as well with different types of validation in the pharma space.
