1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his career with XXXX as a Medical Sales Representative where he managed CMC and KOL, sold medicine mostly for chronic diseases & cancer areas. After that, he moved to XXXX as again a Medical Sales Representative where he did sales for Acromegaly & NET medicines. He then moved to XXXX as an Account Manager, this company is a database company and he was the one managing the intellectual property solutions in life science and database solutions as well. And two years ago, he moved to XXXX as a Solution Sales Specialist where he provide life science and BIOVIA solutions such as molecular modelling, simulation program, and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), EDMS (Electronic Document Management System), and Production Management System as well. He is also involved in the negotiation of prices, issued invoices, and renewal of businesses; he also manages their partners along with customers.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his negotiating skills and great ability to persuade customers to be able to close deals in a good price. Also, he has been in the pharmaceutical industry but at the same time, IT side as well so he can communicate well to customers to propose IT solutions since he knows what they do in business.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been in the pharmaceutical industry for almost 9 years; started off with being sales representative, then gradually as an account manager and now sales specialist/account management. He’s also well versed with EDMS and LIMS so he’s quite knowledgeable with the validation process and stuff. And with his current and previous experiences, he is great with customer-facing roles and can also understand customer workflow and requirements.
