1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is with XXXX in Seoul, Korea as a Senior Sales Manager where they are providing wind turbine for wind power generation projects in the market. He is in charge of the APAC market including Korea, Japan, and Taiwan; he is also in charge of the commercial sales for offshore projects. Before this, he has been working for several different companies including EPC, construction, project management services, industrial manufacturing, and even IT industries. Most of his roles, he is working as a Sales or Business Development; some of his titles before are Corporate Sales, Director of Sales/Overseas Sales, and Director of Business Development. He started his career, working with IT companies such as XXXX, XXXX, and a startup company in South Korea.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his commercial sales skills in various industries, also have a good experience covering all the business development cycle from market research, setting up the market strategy, and finding new potential opportunities and new potential customers. He also has worked on various industry, companies so he’s comfortable working with variety of company size, culture, and nationalities.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been doing sales and business development for the past 20+ years of his career, mostly for industries including construction, project management consultancy, industrial, and is now interested with the energy sector. He is open to explore any other opportunities as well aside from these industries he has been with.
