He is a seasoned sales professional in the logistics and supply chain industry, specializing in customer management for e-commerce, high-tech, and fast-moving consumer goods. Started his career as an Assistant Manager at X, he was responsible for monthly and annual sales, market status reports, and department budget projections. Previously, he spent 6 years with X Hong Kong Limited, where he was in charge of core regions on the East Coast, the Americas, and Latin America. Managing the company's major high-tech and retail customers, with a focus on air shipment, new business development, and RFQ leadership.
Before that, he worked with X, where he was in charge of planning and implementing new facility and product investments, developing global RFQ strategies and critical lanes, establishing standard operating procedures, and managing daily operations for the HK branch. Currently working as a General Manager in X Limited, where he is responsible for global agents, client relations, SOP management, and sales in the Greater China region.
