1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 12 years of experience in the industry, primarily as a Dynamics NAV professional, he has worked extensively with various versions, specializing in the automotive industry. Currently an ERP consultant at XXXX, he works with Dynamics NAV 2013 R2, with an ongoing upgrade to BC14. His expertise includes the finance and automotive modules. Previously, he spent three years deploying BC36 and AD365 at XXXX, where he managed a team of 6-8 consultants, coordinating deployments, meetings, and work plans, and acting as the key liaison between clients, the project team, and company management.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in BC360, Business Central, and Dynamics, with a focus on finance, sales, and inventory. Although he has not worked extensively with the production module in manufacturing, he has supported clients using it, though not in deployment roles
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 12 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, particularly in ERP. His expertise is mainly within the Dynamics AP software platform, with some experience in reporting using Power BI. These are the two primary tools he has worked with, especially in programming. Dynamics uses a language called X++ (formerly known as C/AL), and he has significant experience with it. Additionally, he is proficient in creating dashboards in Power BI and has some experience with SQL Server.
