1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is originally from India and he is currently living in Malaysia for 2 years now. He is currently working in a private company in Malaysia as an automation engineer and before he go to Malaysia, he worked in a company in India as an associate consultant and have been working there for 5 years. He love to do code and face challenges as well as finding solutions to those challenges. He said that previously, they are working on the Salesforce and there are lots of unresolve issues there that they need to take care of as a part of the QA team and make some changes and modifications and needs to come out with the solutions which is a more out of the box kind of thinking and he did that pretty well. He is also primarily worked as a tester but involved in constructing the POC’s and new tools like the TOSCA.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   He clarifies that he have done some of the testing like Performance testing in s POC level and he said that he can do his best whenever he become part of a team and understand the process he needs for it. He also said that his expertise is coding based and debugging situations for the UFT especially for the Selenium.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He said that he have more than 7 years of experience in doing both manual and automation testing. He is good in Selenium which he have 6 years of experience and rates his skills 3.5 up to 4 out of 5. Also said that he have 3 years of experience in Java and knows how to use python as well.
