Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He said that he started to work in a bank in 2018 and started as an intern and was assigned to do the project for testing. At that time, they perform testing for the online banking so he was assigned to do the manual testing and since they saw that he performed well, they offered him a permanent job for manual testing and work for 2 years in manual. After that, he was given an opportunity to worked on the automation testing in other project and continue to do different projects in the bank. Until now, he is working as the automation tester for this project and currently, their project is already live so his role now is to manage the testing for BAU and do the regression testing, prepare the test scripts, and run the regression. For now, he perform only on the web and android since they just want to start a project related to IOS which he’s the one who will lead that project.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that currently he is now focusing on the automation testing and he makes sure all the automation test scripts are followed but have more than 2 years of experience in manual as well.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With more than 2 years of experience in Manual testing as well as the automation. He is using currently the selenium with java and with knowledge in Appium as well. He can also write test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
