1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She’s originally came from Malaysia but currently based in New Zealand. Most of her roles is a a business analyst and senior product executive for quality assurance for more than 5 years in the XXX industry, banking, insurance, and trading platforms. She also has an education background in Computer engineering and after her graduation and internship, she decided to stay in the company and explore the BA and QA role. Since then, she is responsible for coordinating the product development life cycle like system planning, requirement analysis, requirement gathering, QA testing, product launching, and product support.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   She said that her strong skills are in problem solving and rate her skills 3.5 out of 5 because she needs to support teams, so if the product team give some feedback for the system issue, she needs to solve and analyzed it. Rate her communication skills 3 out of 5 and said that as a BA, she needs to deal with multiple parties or different teams like the development teams, scrum masters, and stakeholders and build a good relationship with them. For her technical skills, she said that she is also good in SQL and rate her skills 3.5 out of 5 and with experience for 3 years and use it to access the database to get some information. She also has an experience in Jira for 5 to 6 years now and rate her skills 4 out of 5 and with project management experience for 3.2 years now and rate her skills 3.5 out of 5 and said she use it to create stories.
