1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working in his own company which she started 3 years ago and been taking projects on and off on the part time basis for the past 10 years she was holding a full-time position, but a few years ago, she decided to build her own team and recently focus on long term project. She’s a BI and analytics professional with 10 years of experience, she graduated with a degree in Actuarial Science which is a combination of Mathematics and business application but mostly focusing on the insurance field, so she have an experience with insurance as well but found out that she’s more interested with the more complex data analytics which at that time, she was doing or focusing more on the market or competitive research to build the product itself in the insurance field. After that, she went to the start-ups, ecommerce, and tech industry.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   For her technical skills, she spent at least 2 years of experience in salesforce applications when she was working in XXX worldwide and another 2 years in her previous job with the combination of retail and ecommerce. They are using salesforce extensively for their ERP system, so she focuses mostly on the salesforce analytics and with 3 to 4 years or experience which she also rates her skills 4 out of 5. She found that it is easy to use different at analytics tools after gaining a quite definite experience in the BI and data analytics concepts. Data visualization as well as the business insights extraction would be her expertise and communicating and managing the stakeholders and projects are her soft skills.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   For the past 3 years she actually involves with the hiring as well as the training for the data analyst and data engineers. For at least 3 years she built a team of 5 full-time employees and another 47 part time contractors. She also leads a small team (1-3) in her previous job.
