Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career as a payroll analyst for a BPO company for 2 years and he also worked as a global single site analyst and worked mostly for problem management and worked in a team for 3 years. He got promoted as an operations business analyst and been there for 9 years and he worked there mainly for site systems and conduct some requirement gathering, prepare test cases, and do system integration test. Before they got live with the product, they prepare a project report. They also discuss on what area they got a problem and from there, they will implement a new solution for the issues.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He’s a master for SCRUM and use that mainly for the agile method. He uses that for 9 years and use that for Jira as well and if the requirement gathering is done, they will transfer it to the user storage and then he will assign and explain it to the team for a new project. Foe communication, he has an experience with that for more than 10 years and communicate mostly to the stakeholders as well as the CTO, IT managers, and other departments that he needs to talk about the requirement gathering. He also usually does product demonstration for the launching and for the users also. He has 9 years doing scrum and use payroll and service now for 6 years. For the projects, they do some integrations in Salesforce.

He has an experience in XML mapping because sometimes, they use it in excel to map the data in the site systems and for EDI, they use it for logistics. He also has a project management experience because scrum is more on the project management roles. Rates himself 3 out of 5 for the xml mapping and project management 4 out of 5.
