1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently working in XXX specifically for the market intelligence department. She is currently working with the operations, and she provides the clients services in level 1 for production and sometime for UAT as well for production support. The application that they work on is mainly on the regulatory transactions reporting for clients, so it is a B2B subscription service. They report transaction to different regimes like NAS etc. For her previous work she was in XXX diligence where she mainly generates the diligence reports and prior to that, she was working in a banking company and mainly on transaction monitoring as part of their entry money laundering department system.   

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   She said that her strongest skills are with regards to operations and help with the technical issues with the platform that the clients are using related to their company. As her job, she is the first one to do the first level analysis or the issues that they are experiencing whether is expected or unexpected. So basically, it depends on the application that they are using for the database, use SQL, check files, or storages etc. She rates her skill in operation 4 out of 5. Does have an XML mapping experience and can read them but for the technical part, she said that there are people who are assigned to do that, and she also have a project management experience for more than a year and rates her skills for that 3.5 out of 5.
