He started his career in customer service in 2020 to 2021 and as a fresh graduate he grabs the opportunity there and he start his work since there’s covid and lockdowns at that time. After that, he got an offer to his current boss and want him to join in the product team and do product management and Business analyst roles as well. He is responsible for 4 different modules and holds the candidate module so if there’s a project related to it, he needs to handle it. Since he handles 5 colleagues in the team, he also needs to be the scrum master.

He said he’s strong in Business analysis because he joined in the company without experience but currently, he is handling a team. Rates his skills for that 3 out of 5 and currently with 7 months of experience. He also has a product management experience for 6 months and rate his skills 4 out of 5 and said he is capable in learning almost anything. He has an experience doing XML mapping and with experience doing/using it way back in his college days and rate his skills for that 2 out of 5.
