1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a Pakistani and he’s in Malaysia for the past 15 years. He is in the field of project management and started as a junior network administrator then move himself for the project and product management for implementation and support. 2 years ago, he is running a freelance and a fulltime job but later then decided to work as a fulltime freelancer. He has 2 projects that he is currently working on in Upwork and work as the pre-sale’s consultant and product manager.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He said that he is best in the project management role and rate himself 4 out of 5 because he has 11 years of experience for it. He is also good in when it comes to technical support manager, but his only weakness is programming. He does have an experience in EDI/XML mapping and di it for 4-5 years and rates his skills for that 3.5 out of 5.
