1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He have nearly 1.5 years of experience as a QA engineer and before that he have software engineer background which specialized in the mobile technology for both android and IOS devices. In his internship, he explored as an IOS developer and QA tester and do mobile automation UI testing including for the API and Performance testing using JMeter. In his current job, he is more focusing on the manual testing and testing mainly for the XXX related applications. He also got an opportunity to do game testing specifically for the mobile applications and VR platforms.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   He said that he is currently focusing in performing testing for manual testing which he consider as his strongest skill and rates his skills 9 out of 10. He also clarifies that he has no solid or professional experience in using selenium and Appium but said that he have the basic knowledge when it comes to those tools. He is also good in ADB and rates his skills 8 out of 10.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He have more than 1 year of experience in manual testing and with knowledge in using selenium, Appium, as well as the Jmeter. He have more than a year of experience in java while less than a year in using python.
