Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working as a QA specialist for about 4 years now and started as a manual tester but currently he is working now with automation as well and use waterfall and agile methodologies. They use ServiceNow to check their execution and the life cycle and agile activities. Other than the manual testing he do automation with the use of microfocus UFT tool to increase the productivity and the quality of their service. He also know how to use and experience in using Power BI.

He said that he is good when it comes to functional testing management and good in both manual and automation.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He have almost 9 years of experience in manual testing while 2 to 3 years in automation. He have general knowledge in Python and Java as a programming language and can use cypress as well.
