1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 17 years working experience in the Banking, insurance, operations sectors. For his 10 years in the industry, he is mostly working for a business analyst jobs and work mostly in the banking sectors. His main responsibility is to get the internet users info and provide their needs and requirements. He handles internet systems to enhance the internet projects for the deposits, online banking, and ATM. He joined Silverlake as a BA and handles overseas project in Dubai, Sri Lanka, etc. His main responsibilities are to get the requirement for the customer, analyse, and design the process, and do the documentations.  After that, he hands it to the developer, UI and UX team to develop the site. He moved to another company and work there as a SR. BA and most if his tasks are the same as his tasks in Silverlake. In his current company, he’s also working as a SR. BA and help to do some of the job methodologies. He also has an experience in exporting and use diagrams to Jira and use confluence for the documentation. He also has a programming background, know how to use SQL as well.

   He is mostly involved in a banking projects and work in the banking industry for 7 years. He has a background in Insurance, e-commerce, inventory, etc. He rates himself for his skills related to banking 4 over 5.

   He has a project management experience for over 2 years and rates himself for his skills in PM as 3 out of 5.
