1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently working in XXX which is a Malaysian company and a Strategy agency and one of the ministries in Malaysia. They are specialized in research and development. She’s in the company for more than 20 years and in hr stay to the company, she mostly moves to different departments. She started as an account manager and currently, she is the senior manager. One of here responsibility is to monitor the project including the and sales. When she moves to the PM team, she also get her certification as a PMP. She mostly does projects for the auditing jobs. Handles projects in the fields together with her team, verify the achievements, and the deliverables, do analysis, and recommendations. She had 3-4 years of experience as a PM. She is currently handling and developing the company key performance. Handle stakeholders, reporting to ministry, and engaged in the stakeholders for the requirement.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   She is doing some of the data management and good in executing tasks and pulling up projects. Good in planning and making decisions and rates her skills for that as 4 out of 5. She is always making sure she can give an advice the CEO in making the right decisions. She’s also committed in the project and in the organization. Rates her skills in excel as 3, doing presentations as 4, and data analysis is 4 out of 5.

   With experience in Project management for 4-5 years and rate her skills in PM 4 out of 5.
