He started his career as a software developer engineer and in 2005 he got hired in a company and offer him a test engineer position. Sometimes they encounter issues with solving the problems because when he was starting, some of the companies did not prioritise the testing so they couldn’t deliver the good solution. In his career, he started of with the performance testing using the LoadRunner and learn to use Selenium etc. He knows how to use selenium with java and python as well. He also know how to use the JMeter. In his previous job, he also managed 16 test engineers which his tasks is to transform them into automation engineers. He also worked as a test principal automation engineer but lasted for only 4 months because the way they implement automation engineers requires a lot of justifications like financial returns and investments etc.
What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is good in doing the functional automation using the tools like selenium with java or python. He is also good in leading a performance team and currently using tools like the JMeter and Grafana.
Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He have 18 years of experience in software testing and with experience in python fore more than 5 years now while 2 years in SQL. He knows how to use selenium, loadrunner, and jmeter.
