She have overall of more than 5 years of experience in the QA industry. Her previous job was a Senior QA engineer and her role is to perform testing in both mobile and web applications and did have a team of 4 and did manual and automation. She said that is her previous job she did 80% of manual testing and 20% for automation. She also develop scripts for the clients in doing the test automation and once develop they will give her an intern and help them in training for automation testing

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
She is good in using Java selenium and with more than 3 years of experience in manual while more than a year in automation. She also know how to use Java and can write test scripts, plans, and reports as well.
