Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He have almost 14 years of experience in QA and started his career as a manual tester. He also develop some standalone application using .net and java and this was his experience in India. After that, he got an opportunity working in Malaysia and got the CIMB and Maybank as a client so he got an opportunity to worked with the test automation using the HP UFT and use it until now and have a team of 4 people for manual testing. He have a knowledge in using different tools but he is focus on the UFT and strong on the automation concepts and scripting in general. They are also using python for their data generation in their automation scripts and started working on new tool which is the Cypress.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that his strongest skills is the micro focus UFT since that is the tool he use when he was starting and until now.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
With manual testing experience for 5 years while 12 years in automation. He have 1 year of experience in using selenium and use python for 3 years now and rates his skills 3 out of 5 for that. He also knows how to write test scripts, reports, plans, and test cases.
