Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working as a test analyst and their clients is in a banking domain. He said that he had 2 major banking domain experiences and perform functional, sanity, and blackbox testing etc. In the testing, it includes the web and mobile for both IOS and android devices. Since he is working in the QR project, he needs to work on the user request as well as for its release. They also practice the STLC and do the test plan, design, and after they get the approval from the manager, he will now proceed to the test case preparation and its execution. They also do the reports for EOD. They also use the Jira as a defect management tool.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that he knows how to do the test cases, deals with the data bases, and for the automation they just started to sue it last week and mainly use the TOSCA and Selenium. He said that for his strong skill, he must say that it is with regards to performing the functional testing.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With 4 years manual testing experience and with intermediate knowledge in Selenium as well as the Tosca for automation. He also said that he is intermediate in using Java and python as a programming language and can write test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports as well in excel.
