1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   With approximately 11 years of experience in QA testing. He have more than 10 years of experience in Automation. He is living in Malaysia for 3 years now and started working in Malaysia as a consultant and he is now currently working with the CIMB client.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   He said that his strongest skills is with automation using selenium java and cucumber. He also good in manual testing but he prefers automation. He have an experience in using Jira as well as HP-ALM.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? 
   With 10 years of experience in doing both manual and automation testing. Rates his skills in Java 4 out of 5. He have an experience using selenium for 10 years while 6 years in cucumber and rates his skills for both 5 out of 5. He also have an experience in Appium for 3 to 4 months and rates his skills 3 out of 5.
