Currently working as a NOC & Datacentre Senior Engineer responsible for monitoring data center, escalation, network performance, diagnosis weekly, and monthly compilation, and report to Telco Helpdesk for suspected circuit problem.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in Operation Center diagnosing if there’s an issue with the network, reading the certain pattern to identify the issues, and rating himself 4 out of 5. He processes internal and external service requests including physical access, DNS changes, MS, x-connect. Problem Isolation and Resolution on network equipment or cablings such as routers, switches, and network cable. He added that he has no DWDM network configuration experience. He is not also familiar with the IP network protocols such as the OSPF and BGF.
