Currently working as a Transmission network engineer responsible for the transport network of the DWDM falling under 4 vendors, maintain the network, forecasting of the products, planning with the sales team to meet the customer inquiries related to the deployment of the circuits 100-200G.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in transmission DWDM and OTN and rates himself 4 out 5. He has no hands-on experience in the Infinera equipment however he has solid experience in the Huawei network equipment in the planning and deployment.
He has solid experience in the onsite deployment of fiber optics cable for the first 3 years with his previous company. He added he has basic knowledge of IP networks such as configuring routers, switches, OSPF, and BGP protocols. His expertise belongs to layer 4 of OSI layers.
