Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has 25 years of working experience. She started her career as a programmer then became a business analyst and does project management roles. She handles and do systems integration, data migrations and go into some of visualizations. In her previous jobs, she also performs data engineering and 2 years ago she got her master’s in business Intelligence and Analytics.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She said that she is strong in building and managing the data though she is not a database administrator, she is the one who design the database, does the data modelling, construction of the data since she has a background in programming as well. Mostly role is to do the data mapping from one system to another especially when they are task to do some integrations between two different systems and data migration. Her strength is with regards to managing data because she has an experience for it for 5 years now and rates her skills 4 out of 5. She also clarifies that her skills depend on the tools she is going to use because there are tools, she is not familiar with.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
With background in the EDI/ XML format for the API to work. In some of her projects they also design and deals with the data in text format instead of XML. They map the field in the required format for the integration to work. In project management, she manages HR projects before and with 2-3 years of experience on it. She also rates herself for those skills as 3 out of 5.
