1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working in XXX as an Optical network engineer and a team lead. He’s in XXX for more than 7 years now and started there as a transport engineer working on the switches and handling the department small projects and his expertise is in Optical networks. He’s dealing with the DWDM products for almost 4 years now and his current skill when it comes to troubleshooting is in Level 3. Currently, he is the technical lead for his project and their customers is one of the local mobile operators and his main responsibility is for the Posts sales and ensure smooth delivery of the projects. He is familiar in dealing with their installer teams, project, and customers which they are satisfies to their work. In his past 3-4 years, he has an experience in deploying metro layers of more than 250 sites and he also handles some more complex projects in modernization and have to swap existing products to a new products or equipment’s. He is also experienced in handling project expansion or data exchange for the internet services like the IP transit and IP peering. He also deals with the service provider such as Amazon and Alibaba and handling other roles like network maintenance, 24/7 support whenever the customer complaints and there’s a stable issue to XXX and first person to interact with them, troubleshoot the network, and find solutions for the customers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is expert when it comes to optical networks  and rates his skills 4 out of 5, not 5 because he said that there’s a lot of other equipment’s in the market that he’s not familiar or experience with. Rates his skills 4 because he’s capable of handling projects, and comfortable in dealing with people. He also does these since Jan 2019. For his soft skills, he is observant because he needs to to know the attitude of their customers and rate 5 out of 5. He is an analytical person and needs to convince people with hi confidence and rate this 4.5. Rate his communication skills 4 out of 5 because he needs to settle the issues immediately and it is very important to become straight forward in facing problems to easily find a solution as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He does have a NOC experience because they’re maintaining the network and monitor it 24/7 when there’s an issue escalating with the customers. Rate his NOC skills 4.5 out of 5 because he’s dealing with since Sept 2017.
