- He is currently working in XXX as Senior Manager for IT projects. His main responsibility is to manage the IT Business Division such as Managed Services, Command Centre Monitoring, and BPO/SSO new client onboarding programs and service delivery of new business projects.
- He has experience setting up a warehouse, logistics, retails shop in Malaysia and he helps them to set up new the new subsidiary of their client and they outsource the staff and he’s the one who handles it.
- In XXX, his key projects are helping clients to migrate and transition to the shared service operations/BPO such as new generation of Data Centre cloud service catalog and architecture, Customer Helpdesk/Service Desk Call Centre, Accounting & HR processing, etc.
- When he was in XXX he was the Senior Consultant of APAC and his main responsibility is to provide guidelines and advice to the client on how to improve their service organization and operations by implementing operational processes, controls and preparing for the ISO20000 certification, also to conduct IT Operation Assessments to analyze their efficiency & knowledge gaps.
