He is working as IT Operations and Project Manager for the operation and infrastructure side, and they do the IT support side and they also provide Infra solution and migration and does any enhancement to do, they also fulfil the business requirements and does the documentation and implementation and he works with his team to make sure that everything is being done correctly. He is more on the support public hospital systems and finance systems, and he more focused on SAP functions.

He is more focused on the SAP side and on the infrastructure side and has a strong network experience and storage.
- He has managed a team and managed an offshore team in China and India and other oversee countries. He has also managed enterprise level of ICT Infrastructure, project management, service delivery management, operation management, application management, change management and incident management.
- He was also involved in the planning and developing and implementation of infrastructure solutions that adhere to current and future solutions meet architecture standards, system migration and integration, resource planning, and cost estimation.
5. He has also provided support on the SAP side and IT Operations side and more on the Level 1 and Level 2 support to ensure that the application is running correctly. |
