- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working a senior technical support and supports the COVID-19 testing solutions and is an automated system where the customers can run a PCR Test based on the customers sample where the customers can just put their samples and the sample will be sent to the cloud. He is also responsible for troubleshooting computers, desktops, monitors, equipment’s that Dell sells. He is focused on the Australia and NZ customers and helps customers troubleshoot their products, he also worked as a consultant. He worked for a Malaysian company and handled a single project which helps customers that are coming into cark parks that helps give them access management. He also worked as a Developer for mobile programs for Android applications.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is more equipped with IT and troubleshooting and complex windows programs and software related issues and some programs that is difficult to operate and be able to with Amazon Cloud and his current job is to sort out data in Amazon Cloud and does the troubleshooting on the storage and connectivity issues that the customers could have.
- He has huge background in programming and studied Engineering, but he doesn't do Programming that much anymore, but he has experience in doing automations and does it multiple times a day.
- He doesn't have an experience in starting a team from scratch, but he has managed a programming team of 4 to get the customer requirement and would turn that as a business requirement and would create a plan on how it should be executed and uses Jira software.
- He has used Amazon Cloud has his own embedded in database and more of his job is to troubleshoot missing data and find out what could have caused it and if it's a programming issue they would escalate it to the development.
- He uses Salesforce as their ticketing system platform and before X has their own Ticketing system that they use.
7. He used Jira when he was still working as a Developer, and they use it to track the progress of the project and they don't use it in-depth, but they could still use it and raise a ticket on what tasks must be done and currently using in his company. In terms of hardware, he had experience in setting up and troubleshooting routers and not really in depth like. |
