With more than 4 years of experience working in the IT industry and doing freelance as well. He said that he started his career as an IT technician in a company in Morocco for the IT department. He said that most of his roles, he does the installations of the computers, troubleshooting the networks and hardware, and do remote and onsite support. He also checks the servers in the data center and make sure that the air condition is working properly because if not, it will affect the servers. He also help in the deployment of their mini system project to the end users. He also do the inventory in their company for the IT equipment.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that he has a good experience in managing the IT infrastructures and good in handling or managing the servers and do the installations as well. He also had a good knowledge and experience in active directories and do backups. He also has a knowledge in security and can troubleshoot firewalls especially with the Cisco devices. He also said that he can communicate and build a good relationship with their customers.
