- She is currently rendering her last 2 weeks in XXX as Climate Change and Sustainability Associate. She’s been in XXX for 2 years working in advisory roles, one of the major sustainability and green project that she had done was in SSC. That time she was the only Junior/Associate in the team, so she had a lot of responsibility like supporting works and despite of her status as Junior member, she’s been recognized as High Performer for this project because she spends a lot in market research and analysis.
- She’s strong in Research and Analysis she rates herself 4 out 5 on that because she was exposed in market research in different industries and she makes an accurate Analysis on the data that she gathered and present it to her team.
- One of her complex issue that she experienced was when she encounter new projects and she needs to identify what methodology need to done because every project should have different approach.
