He provides L3 IT support to the local system in HK such as Servers and Active Directory. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? He specializes in System Administration and rates himself 4 out of 5. He has solid experience in O365 Email, SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, VMware, and Hyper-V. He was a global Administrator of Office 365 email, administer and maintain servers including Windows Server 2008-2019, Lync Communication Server, VMWare ESXi, HP SAN Storage, etc. He is knowledgeable in installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and servers. Monitor and configure global networks such as firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs. He did migration from skype for business to teams and migration from physical file server to SharePoint. He added he has basic knowledge in Azure back-up, however, he is knowledgeable in windows back-up and Veeam backup tools. He has solid experience in windows patching systems where he said it is used to automate patching of workstations to decrease security risk and do a test group before pushing the patches of the system to ensure what patches will send through.
