Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started working as a telecommunications engineer especially in outside maintainer like the BDS and transmission by the DWDM equipment. He worked as a telecommunications engineer for 3 years and changed to the NOC engineer for the control systems in the sensory office. He joined as a NOC engineer because he wants to combine his experience in the field and NOC so he can troubleshoot and investigate as well the problems they may encounter in the network or onsite. He is now working as a B2B technical support at XXX which is one of the biggest ISP in Myanmar. His responsibility there is to maintain the network stability and to get the customers satisfaction. If the customers encounter an issue with the network, then they will arrange a maintenance team to solve the issue onsite and get its customers feedback about the process which they need to fit on they SLA’s.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that his strong skills is with regards to the incident management which they need to do it in a short period of time since they need to report the process in the higher level or in the manager. He is also good in change request management and event management which they need to know and arrange what is the priority.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has 6 years of experience in the networking field and with NOC and DWDM experience as well. He has an experience in handling project onsite and knowledgeable when it comes to Huawei, Ciena, and Cisco products. He also has a CCNA certification and took courses related to networking.
